A retro, easy grip, wooden handle beautifully accents the Stainless Steel blade. Temperature is controlled by the user with a "dead man's switch" that delivers the power up to 750 degrees fahrenheit temperatures.  This light/medium duty tool will shut down to cool instead of burning out after 5-10 minutes of continual use.  The user can extend the operating time once familiar with the power switch operations.   

The most distinguishing difference of The Crafters Hot Knife is the rigid and solid, 6" Stainless Steel blade. It slices quickly and cleanly through high-density foam without bending, warping or breaking like common wire cutters.
