Any product that is received in unusable condition, is not the item ordered, or is unsatisfactory prior to opening and use, a full refund or correction to the order will be made upon return of the product.  If you have not previously used products sold here and are concerned about the product accomplishing your desired purpose, Artplace suggests you order a small size to test or experiment.
