This needled and compact 100% cotton batting works great with Powertex and Paverpol to create permanent flowing fabric sculptures.  Because it is all natural and absorbent it creates a very hard surface for painting, adding embellishments, bronzing, and other treatments.  When treated with fabric hardener and tightly wrapped over a hard surface like wood, metal, stone, and concrete it becomes as permanent as the substrate and creates a textured or smooth surface ready for developing hundreds of different finishes.  Turn almost any scrap materials into a unified finish ready surface.
